While I was shopping at Costco yesterday, someone ran into my van, leaving a large dent in my back bumper. I have not heard from the person responsible. Maybe it was too cold out to stop and take responsibility with a note or a phone call. The advertising for my business is clearly visible on the side of the van too; NO EXCUSES!!
Nasty! It has been my experience that a no fault collision when you are not in the car does not affect your insurance in any way. I had a side mirror broken off years ago while parked down town and my insurance fixed it at no cost to me. You should at least ask. Good luck, Libby
Also, when Katie’s car was vandalized while parked at our mechanic, the repairs were also done with no cost to us and no increase in our policy. There were a good five years between the claims so it will depend on your policy and your claims. Still No Excuse. Libby

Ugh. How annoying. Someone did a hit-and-run on me a few months ago. Not fun in the least.
