One of the most beautiful garden plants in the fall season are the numerous varieties of ornamental grasses. If you want to add one or more of these grasses to your landscape, make sure you choose ones that are hardy to your area. I really love the look of all the ornamental grasses, and they are beginning to show themselves more and more in Southern California landscaping. Apparently they are hardy in our dry climate. I have added some very small varieties, but I’m eager to add some of the larger for a little more drama. I never thought of them as able to tolerate the snow!
